Photobooth Portraits

This delightful book of single-frame photostrip collages is the culmination of a mail art project begun by Allen in 1987. He mailed 400 rubber-stamped postcard invitations that read "Please send photobooth portraits. Book to participants. No deadline."
95 people from 19 different countries responded and those photos, along with discarded and found photos that Allen and friends collected, formed the basis for this project.
