Just Between Friends

Holly Davis (Mary Tyler Moore) and Sandy Dunlap (Christine Lahti) are good friends who happen to share the same man, Chip Davis (Ted Danson). As Sandy approaches the mirror in her room, we see the photostrip in its rightful place, stuck between the frame and the glass. Sandy, and the camera, focuses on the two frames of a photostrip she shared with Chip in happier times.

Sandy walks into her room and we see the photostrip at the edge of the mirror.
She glances down at another photo.
As she eats her ice cream sandwich, she glances up at the photostrip.
The camera zooms in on the photos, keeping Sandy in focus...
...and then switches focus to the photostrip.
